Emergency Eye Care
Urgent concerns can be triaged during office hours. After hours, patients have access to our on-call emergency line for guidance, next-day scheduling support, or referral instructions when needed.
*The office is not open for walk-in emergencies after hours.
On-Site Optical Lab
Our Marion office is home to our on-site optical lab, which supports all Envision Eye Care locations. This allows us to produce quality lenses with precision and care, often with faster turnaround times for our patients.

Here, you’ll be cared for by two experienced optometrists: Dr. Susan Keene, who has served the Marion community since 1992, and Dr. Shannon Howell-Pennington, a Smyth County native who provides full-scope eye care for all ages.
