Dr. Amy Blue is a full-scope optometrist at Envision Eye Care and a proud native of Oneida, Tennessee. She provides comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages and is especially passionate about caring for children.
As an InfantSEE® provider, Dr. Blue loves supporting early vision development and helping families understand the important role eyesight plays in childhood learning, confidence, and daily life.
Known for her calm, friendly communication style, Dr. Blue takes time to explain every step of an exam in simple, meaningful terms. She believes that great care begins with listening, and she strives to make each patient feel comfortable, understood, and supported.

Personal Life
Dr. Blue is married to fellow optometrist Dr. Lucas Spiker, and together they have a son and a daughter. Outside the office, Dr. Blue enjoys spending time outdoors, supporting her children’s interests, and being part of the Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee communities.
