Dr. Lucas Spiker is a full-scope optometrist at Envision Eye Care who brings more than 17 years of experience and a genuine passion for helping patients see comfortably. He cares for patients of all ages and believes in listening closely, explaining clearly, and providing thoughtful, personalized care.
His greatest joy as an optometrist is improving someone’s vision in a way that elevates their daily life.
One of Dr. Spiker’s primary areas of expertise is specialty contact lenses, especially scleral lenses. With more than a decade of experience fitting these advanced lenses, he works with patients who have keratoconus, corneal irregularities, severe dry eye, or difficulty wearing traditional contacts.

Personal Life
Outside the office, Dr. Spiker enjoys spending time with his family. He is married to fellow optometrist Dr. Amy Blue, and together they have a son and a daughter. When he’s not caring for patients, you’ll often find him golfing, fishing, enjoying the outdoors, or watching football.
