How Envision Eye Care is Handling COVID-19 — We’re Now Seeing Patients!

How We’re Serving the Community

At Envision Eye Care, our mission is to help everyone live life with clear vision and healthy eyes. While making the decision to temporarily close our offices was difficult, the health and safety of our staff and patients comes first. We appreciate your cooperation and patience over the past few weeks as we shifted to conducting eye care appointments online through telehealth.

We’re excited to announce that we reopened our offices to patients May 4th, and are once again providing in-office eye care to our community. In addition to office visits, we’re continuing to offer telehealth appointments, virtual consults, and contact lens reordering over the phone. Call us today to schedule an appointment or to have any of your questions answered. Rest assured that no matter what’s going on in the world, at Envision Eye Care, we’re here to serve you.

How We’re Keeping You Safe

While we’re proud to once again be providing eye care services in our offices, we’re making changes to how we operate in order to keep you safe:

  • Every member of our team is required to have their temperature checked and will be outfitted with personal protective equipment, including gloves and masks.
  • We are spacing out appointments in order to ensure that we have enough time to properly clean and disinfect each exam room before and after every visit.
  • We are limiting the number of patients allowed in our offices, are reorganizing our waiting rooms so that patients can practice social distancing, and are providing curbside pickup for those picking up eyewear.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

Although our offices are now open, we’ve made changes to how our appointments are conducted. When you arrive for your appointment, we ask that you call our office, and one of our team members will come outside to take your temperature and ask you a few wellness questions.

For the safety of your fellow patients and our staff, we ask that you wear a mask when in our office. When we escort you inside, we’ll open and close all doors for you. We’ll also use our advanced technology to streamline your appointment, because we’re dedicated to serving you in the most efficient and safest way possible. If you’re in need of new eyewear, our optician will bring lenses to you, cleaning them before and after you try them on. We’ve also set up a designated area for glasses repairs.

Whether you’re seeing us in office, or are visiting us online through a telehealth appointment, you can be sure that you’ll receive the specialized care and personal treatment you deserve. Request an appointment online or call your preferred Envision Eye Care location today to schedule your next eye care appointment.
